
Innovation Officer
Summary
The Innovation Officer plays a key supporting role in bringing new product ideas to life by coordinating research, timelines, and cross-functional activities. A central part of the role is to maintain clear, real-time visibility of all innovation projects by managing the innovation dashboard and stage-gate tracking tools. This ensures disciplined execution, cross-functional alignment, and timely progress through each stage of the innovation process.

Responsibilities
- • Maintain and update innovation dashboards and stage-gate trackers to ensure visibility, accountability, and momentum across the innovation pipeline.
- • Assist with ideation, concept validation, and prototype testing.
- • Coordinate timelines and documentation for innovation projects.
- • Conduct research on consumer trends, ingredients, packaging, and claims.
- • Liaise with internal teams and external agencies during product development.
- • Any other related duties as assigned from time to time.

- • Comfortable with research, trend analysis, and developing insight-driven recommendations

Qualifications

Reporting to the Commissioner, the incumbent is responsible for the management of all the Commission’s criminal cases in the Courts; managing stakeholder relationships; updating on investigations; ensuring legal compliance and addressing witness welfare matters. This includes developing, implementing, presenting and maintaining a database on witnesses expected to give evidence at trials. He/she reports on orders and requests made by judges/prosecutors and liaises with internal and external stakeholders as it relates to witness welfare. This position assists investigations by acting as a two-way information conduit between the Commission and the courts in accordance with the Commission’s policies and procedures and within applicable laws and legal practices. 💰 Remuneration: $4,266,270 – $5,737,658 JMD per annum plus applicable allowances.
