Summary

As a Proposal Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our Proposal Management process. You'll support our team by planning, researching, and responding to various Pursuit Concierge Services requests, including proposals and text chats. Your role will be crucial in ensuring timely and accurate responses, updating our knowledge library, and collaborating on special projects.

Responsibilities

  • • Document and reuse questions and answers for text chat or content creation.
  • • Work closely with the Content and Tools team on special proposal projects.
  • • Administer and respond to web-based chat requests courteously.
  • • Provide timely solutions to chat requestor problems, escalating when necessary.
  • • Learn and master the software platforms and internal portals used by the firm.
  • • Track and manage text chat and email requests using appropriate software.
  • • Participate in developing ideas to build text chat awareness.
  • • Assist on projects related to concierge requests and proposal support.

Qualifications

  • • Bachelor’s Degree or in the advanced stage of pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Writing, Corporate Communications, or equivalent.
  • • One year of relevant work experience is desirable but not required.

Additional Information and Instructions

  • Special Conditions:

    • • Our team is using a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between working from home in Jamaica and being in the office. You will be required to spend a minimum of five days each month in the office, though this number may increase depending on business needs.
    • • In this role, you will work in a shift environment, with shifts spanning the 8 AM-10 PM coverage window (that is, the first shift starts at 8 AM, with the last shift ending at 10 PM).
    • • Fast-paced team environment.
    • • Primarily paperless work environment using information systems.
    • • May require extended hours periodically or on public holidays.
