Our client, a healthcare staffing company specializing in placing medical scribes with health systems and medical groups, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented recruiter to join their team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in sourcing top-tier talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Recruiting:

  • • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified medical scribes.
  • • Utilize platforms such as Handshake, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks for candidate outreach.
  • • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet both current and future hiring needs.

• Screening & Selection:

  • • Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and alignment with the company’s needs.
  • • Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers.
  • • Keep the HRIS system updated with accurate candidate data and reporting.

• Onboarding Support:

  • • Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure new hires are integrated seamlessly into the organization.
  • • Provide documentation, training resources, and ongoing support during the onboarding process.

• Collaboration:

  • • Partner with internal teams to understand staffing needs and align hiring timelines.
  • • Work with the marketing team to create engaging job postings and support employer branding efforts.
  • • Ensure recruitment processes adhere to relevant regulations and best practices.
  • • Maintain accurate records of candidates, recruitment metrics, and progress reports.

Qualifications

• • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to conduct professional and engaging conversations via Zoom.
• • Proficient in sourcing platforms like Handshake and LinkedIn, with experience maintaining meticulous records in HRIS systems (e.g., UKG).
• • Personable and approachable personality with a strong focus on building relationships.
