Remote Data Entry & Verification Specialist

Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized contractor to assist with data scrubbing tasks. This person will play a critical role in vetting a list of properties and ensuring they meet specific criteria for follow-up actions. The ideal candidate will be able to work relatively autonomously, learn quickly, and maintain a high level of accuracy while sorting through data and notes. This role requires excellent judgment and attention to detail, but does not require phone work for the most part. Salary: $1,000 USD/month Schedule: Monday - Friday, relatively flexible hours, but should be able to regularly meet with the team who normally work CST/EST hours as neede

Responsibilities

• • Review and vet a list of properties to ensure they meet preset criteria.
• • Leave clear and concise notes for the team regarding the suitability of each property.
• • Sort through property details on websites and flag any discrepancies or missing information.
• • Organize data efficiently and ensure it’s easy for the team to take next steps.
• • Work quickly and autonomously, and stay organized across multiple tasks.
• • Learn quickly and adjust to evolving tasks or requirements.

Qualifications

• • High attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in data.
• • Strong organizational skills and ability to keep tasks and data neatly structured.
• • Ability to make good judgment calls when evaluating properties.
• • Comfortable working independently and staying self-motivated.
• • Strong written English skills to review and document property information.
• • Basic familiarity with online research and website navigation.
• • Ability to quickly learn new processes and systems.
• • Proficiency in basic software tools (Google suite, etc.)
