Support the Fit and Proper process in accordance with regulatory requirements for executive team members, Dealer Representatives, and Traders within the Sagicor Group. Assist in preparing sanctions for team members who fail to complete mandatory regulatory training. Guide the creation and execution of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for team members across Sagicor Group Jamaica. Support the implementation of key talent development programs, contributing to the growth of competencies and capabilities throughout the organization. Track and manage the completion of the Annual Declaration of Income, Assets, and Liabilities and the Internal Disclosure and Policy Acknowledgment Certificate. Review and monitor internal controls related to the disclosure of secondary employment and submission of police reports, ensuring ongoing compliance.
