A skilled Air Conditioning Installation/Service Technician responsible for installing and maintaining HVAC systems, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient and safe operations while adhering to company guidelines and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

​As the Sales and Business Development Manager​ at JTRS, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Sales & Business Development:

    • • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the sector, including (but not limited to) building projects, retrofits, and maintenance contracts.
    • • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to achieve business growth targets.
    • • Drive revenue growth through proactive sales strategies and client engagement.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    • • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that align with JTRS’s service offerings.
    • • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
  • Product Portfolio Development:

    • • Identify and evaluate new products and technologies in the market to enhance JTRS's portfolio.
    • • Collaborate with internal teams to assess the feasibility and integration of new products into existing service offerings.
  • Strategic Planning:

    • • Develop and implement comprehensive business development and sales strategies to support company objectives.
    • • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with operational capabilities and strategic goals.
  • Market Analysis:

    • • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
    • • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance JTRS’s competitive position and market presence.

Qualifications

While experience in the HVAC, construction, or building services industries is preferred, candidates with strong sales and client relationship backgrounds from industries that frequently engage with construction-related businesses are also encouraged to apply.
