Sales & Business Development Manager
Summary
A skilled Air Conditioning Installation/Service Technician responsible for installing and maintaining HVAC systems, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient and safe operations while adhering to company guidelines and technical specifications.
Responsibilities
​As the Sales and Business Development Manager​ at JTRS, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Sales & Business Development:
- • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the sector, including (but not limited to) building projects, retrofits, and maintenance contracts.
- • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to achieve business growth targets.
- • Drive revenue growth through proactive sales strategies and client engagement.
Client Relationship Management:
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that align with JTRS’s service offerings.
- • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
Product Portfolio Development:
- • Identify and evaluate new products and technologies in the market to enhance JTRS's portfolio.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to assess the feasibility and integration of new products into existing service offerings.
Strategic Planning:
- • Develop and implement comprehensive business development and sales strategies to support company objectives.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with operational capabilities and strategic goals.
Market Analysis:
- • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance JTRS’s competitive position and market presence.

Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role. While experience in the HVAC, construction, or building services industries is preferred, candidates with strong sales and client relationship backgrounds from industries that frequently engage with construction-related businesses are also encouraged to apply.
