Required Skills

• The successful candidate should have:

  • • Have working knowledge of the basic culinary arts
  • • Have working knowledge of how to prepare meals in bulk
  • • Have the ability to withstand the physical demands of the job
  • • Have the ability to work flexible shifts
  • • Have the ability to work well with peers and leaders at all levels

Qualifications

• • A minimum of two (2) SSC, CXC/GCE subjects including English
• • A minimum of one (1) year experience in this field
• • A valid Food Handler’s Permit
