Responsibilities

• • Plan, create, schedule, and manage email campaigns using CRM and email marketing tools.
• • Write engaging and conversion-focused email copy, with a strong emphasis on subject lines and CTAs.
• • Develop and implement targeted email marketing strategies tailored to different audiences.
• • Monitor and analyze key email performance metrics (open rates, click-throughs, conversions, etc.).
• • Design clean, visually appealing, and brand-aligned email templates.
• • A/B test subject lines, copy, and layouts to optimize performance.
• • Support other copy and content-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• • Proven experience with email marketing tools (Go High Level experience is a big plus, but not required).
• • Strong copywriting skills specifically for email content.
• • Basic to intermediate design/layout skills (email structure, brand consistency).
• • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• • Data-driven mindset with the ability to assess and improve email performance.
