Summary
As a Supervisor, Entertainment, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating entertainment and recreational activities and operations within our facilities. Your role is crucial for the success and satisfaction of guests, ensuring that they have a memorable experience at our facilities.
Responsibilities
- • Plan, develop, and implement entertainment and recreational activities according to guests' preferences and facility offerings.
- • Coordinate and collaborate with department heads and other team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality experiences for guests.
- • Manage the scheduling, assignment, and evaluation of entertainment and recreational staff.
- • Monitor and maintain facility equipment, ensuring its proper operation and appearance.
- • Listen and respond to guests' feedback, addressing any concerns or suggestions for improvement.
- • Ensure compliance with company policies, local laws, and safety regulations.
- • Evaluate the success of events and activities, making improvements and adjustments as necessary.
- • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to the improvement of our entertainment and recreational offerings.
- • Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
Education:
- • High School Degree or equivalent is preferred.
- • Combination of education and experience will be considered.
Certifications:
- • Certifications may be required or preferred.
Work Experience:
- • Requires expertise in a variety of work processes through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience
- • Typically acts as a lead, coordinating the work of others but not a supervisor
- • Works autonomously within established procedures and practices
- • Has 4 to 5 years of work experience
