Business Development Representative
Summary
Adlinc is looking to hire skilled Business Development Representatives to work with one of our partner companies. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the partner company’s sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities. The ideal candidate is adept at research, prospecting, and building initial relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations. As a Business Development Representative, you will focus on finding high-quality leads, initiating contact through outbound efforts, and ensuring that prospects are qualified and ready to move forward with the sales team. Responsibilities
- • Engage with prospects through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and pass them on to the sales team.
- • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and activities in the CRM
- • Collaborate with the partner company's sales and marketing teams to optimize lead acquisition strategies.
- • Nurture leads and build relationships until they are ready for further engagement.
- • Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Required Skills
- • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- • Proficiency with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
- • Ability to handle cold calling and overcome objections.
- • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet goals.
- • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- • Proven experience in Business Development or Sales Development.
- • Must of Experience in B2B (Business to Business) Sales or Prospecting.
- • Appointment Setting Experience would be an asset.
- • Previous experience in a BPO or Call Center Environment would be an asset.
