Summary

As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's human capital strategy. You will lead and manage the HR team, ensuring seamless operations and driving employee engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational skills to oversee a wide range of HR functions.

Responsibilities

• • Talent Acquisition and Management.
• • Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, to attract top talent.
• • Develop and implement effective talent management strategies, including performance management and succession planning.
• • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts promptly and fairly.
• • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions and terminations.
• • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and time and attendance.
• • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• • Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programmes.
• • Facilitate employee development and career progression.
• • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• • Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Required Skills

• • Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• • A strategic mindset and the ability to think critically.

Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
