B2B Sales Generator - JA
Summary
The Consultant will support our company's B2B sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with prospects and business leaders/decision-makers. The Consultant will actively focus on lead generation for both local and international clients, playing a pivotal role in setting up conversations and appointments. The incumbent must possess the ability to proactively source and prequalify leads from internet-based sources to build the sales pipeline and drive revenue growth. The may also require occasional travel.
Responsibilities
- • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to identify and pursue potential B2B clients.
- • Actively search and identify potential leads through online channels, including but not limited to social media, industry-specific websites, forums, and databases, to build a robust database of prospects.
- • Conduct cold calling activities to reach out to prospects and introduce our services and solutions.
- • Evaluate and prequalify leads against established criteria, ensuring they meet the company's ideal customer profile (ICP) and are genuinely interested in our service.
- • Actively build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, fostering trust and confidence in our company's offerings.
- • Initiate and manage the process of setting up appointments for the internal sales team, ensuring a seamless handover for closing the deals.
- • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to align lead generation strategies with the overall sales and marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- • Regularly update and maintain an internal database with accurate and up-to-date information on leads and prospects.
- • Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and overall progress to the management team.
Qualifications
- • A minimum of an associate degree in a relevant field is required.
- • At least 2 years proven experience in US-based B2B sales, lead generation, and appointment setting, preferably within the services sector.
- • Demonstrated success in effectively utilizing cold-calling techniques and other lead-generation strategies.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with prospects and business leaders.
- • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple prospects and leads simultaneously.
- • Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
- • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
