Summary

This Team Leader reports to the Watersports Manager. He ensures that all colleagues in the Watersports department operate with safety first in their minds and behaviour. They are charming and courteous to Couples Guest Satisfaction standards. He ensures that all Watersports activities are carried out with efficiency and at all times keeping the Guest satisfied and safe. He sees to the smooth running of the department and its schedules. Required Skills

• The successful candidate should have:

  • • Be knowledgeable of compressors and boat operations
  • • Have some knowledge and understanding of Finance and the ability to maintain and control cost.
  • • Must have the ability to up sell and generate revenue exceeding budgetary expectations.
  • • Must consistently exhibits high energy level; and have the ability to balance multiple tasks.
  • • Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment for extended periods of time.
  • • Demonstrate leadership, integrity and be results driven and caring with a positive work ethic.
  • • Be proactive and creative with problem solving ability and a passion and desire for excellence.
  • • Have excellent customer service skills and the ability to relate well with persons at all levels.

Qualifications

• • Have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar position
• • Be a PADI Certified Dive Master/Instructor with knowledge of all Watersports activities
• • HACCP certification from recognized institution would be an asset
