Mill Attendant
Summary
To support the safe, clean, and efficient operation of the milling equipment that converts raw material into high quality wheat and maize products.

Responsibilities
- • Mathematical skills; must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- • Working knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems, ISO 22000, HACCP
- • Ability to analyze problems, detect root causes and resolve all issues
Personal/General Characteristics:
- • Commitment to continual improvement goals
- • Must be willing to take pride in the milling operation
- • Ability to write reports, complete checklists and other basic documentation/correspondence
- • Must be willing to work shifts
Qualifications
- • High School Diploma or equivalent
- • Level 1 Math/City & Guilds or equivalent
