Their team is dedicated to delivering reliable installations, proactive maintenance, and prompt repairs to ensure customer satisfaction About the role: Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Associate to join their growing team. This role plays a key part in supporting our sales team, in managing the sales pipeline, creating proposals, and coordinating with clients. You will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, proposal creation, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and able to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales Prospecting:
- • Identify and cultivate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and networking.
- • Track interactions, manage leads, and maintain organized sales records through CRM software.
Client Engagement & Consultation:
- • Engage with potential and existing clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored elevator installation solutions.
- • Deliver clear, detailed product information to address customer concerns and ensure understanding of the services offered.
Proposal Creation & Sales Support:
- • Prepare and update sales proposals, ensuring they are professional, clear, and aligned with client requirements.
- • Work closely with sales team members to create compelling and effective sales proposals.
Coordination & Sales Closing:
- • Support the sales team in finalizing contracts with clients, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- • Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely installations.
Customer Satisfaction & Reporting:
- • Address any client concerns, ensuring a positive and smooth customer experience throughout the sales process.
- • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management, tracking progress toward goals.
Required Skills
- • 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, with a customer-first mindset and a focus on organization.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (for creating and updating proposals.
- • Organized, detail-oriented, with strong record-keeping skills.
- • Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Ability to work autonomously, while collaborating effectively with the team.
Nice to have:
- • Experience in construction or similar industries.
- • Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking sales leads and client interactions.
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
