Customer Experience Associate II
Summary
As a Business Support Specialist, you will provide essential support and technical assistance within an established framework. Your role will involve managing customer inquiries, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring adherence to procedures, all while working with a moderate degree of supervision.
Responsibilities
- • Customer Support: Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly, using established scripts and guidelines. Provide service immediately or escalate issues as needed.
- • Data Management: Enter, update, and retrieve data from databases. Gather and organize information to maintain accurate records and generate reports.
- • Issue Resolution: Identify and evaluate issues, providing solutions to ensure client satisfaction. Escalate complex problems to senior levels when necessary.
- • Compliance: Adhere to standardized procedures and practices to meet service level agreements (SLAs). Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- • Communication: Explain company policies clearly and empathetically to customers. Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- • Additional Duties: Perform other assigned tasks as needed, maintaining a typing speed of 20 WPM.
Qualifications
- • Education and Experience: Requires vocational training, certifications, or equivalent experience.
- • Skills: Proficient in data organization, problem-solving, and adherence to established procedures. Ability to manage your own workload and work with minimal supervision.
- • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with a range of processes, procedures, and systems relevant to the role.
- • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to exchange information effectively and empathetically.
- • Compliance and Standards: Experience following standardized practices and meeting SLAs.
