Summary

Performs business support and technical tasks using data organization skills, following established procedures with close supervision.

Responsibilities

• • Monitors delinquent accounts and implements collection procedures.
• • Accepts payments and inputs account activity data.
• • Resolves account discrepancies and balances.
• • Responds to customer inquiries and manages communications to address billing issues.
• • Complies with company policies and standards.
• • Performs other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• • Vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent experience.
• • Basic understanding of operational theories, practices, and procedures.
• • Ability to work with close supervision and follow standard procedures.
• • Strong communication skills for effective information exchange.
• • Typing speed of 20 WPM required.
