Summary
The GraceKennedy Group seeks to identify an individual looking for an excellent opportunity to progress his/her career; and who possesses the vision and energy to help drive dynamic changes across the group, in the following capacity:- Pre-Sale Representative
Responsibilities
- • Ensure the implementation of the tactical programmes of the Sales Department.
- • Adhere to the Customer Charter.
- • Ensure distribution and availability of products to the targeted customers.
- • Support and monitor the effective implementation of all Marketing Programs (promotions, plano-grams, pricing) and provide prompt feedback.
- • Assess the performance of products in each customer’s store on a regular basis and recommend a Sales and/or Marketing activity to facilitate throughput and optimize performance.
- • Ensure proper monitoring and supervision of inventory in each account to minimize risk while maximizing sales.
- • Submit a monthly report that outlines specified activities within the assigned route.
- • Build and maintain a win-win relationship with each customer.
- • Consistently meet the minimum monthly key performance indicators of 90% achievement of target for Sales Revenue, Gross Margins and Collections as determined by the Company and 95% achievement of coverage.
- • Perform any other duties delegated from time to time to maintain a high level of efficiency within the department.
Qualifications
- • Associate Degree in Business Administration or Marketing. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing would be an asset.
- • 2 years working experience in sales or marketing.
- • Own and operate a reliable motor vehicle
