Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive timely and effective assistance with technical and operational inquiries. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining customer satisfaction and enhancing user experience.
- • Provide technical and customer support via email, text, and phone, ensuring all inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently
- • Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues, escalating complex cases as needed
- • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s software platform to provide accurate and relevant information
- • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and solutions within the support system
- • Work closely with cross-functional teams to communicate customer feedback and improve platform functionality
- • Stay updated on software updates, industry trends, and best practices to provide proactive support
- • Assist with additional support-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology
- • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- • Experience in customer service, technical support, or helpdesk support is a plus
- • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related issues
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- • A background in logistics, SaaS, or tech support is an advantage
