Human Resources Manager

Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the Human Capital (People) Strategy across the organization by articulating the Company's vision, operational plans, and performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine HR strategies to respond to changing business needs.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures.
• Coordinate staff training and development.
• Oversee the payroll process.
• Manage administrative HR functions.
• Implement change management initiatives when needed.
• Ensure compliance with all HR and industry regulations.
• Provide team leaders/supervisors with ongoing consultation and coaching.
• Travel to outlying branches as needed to meet with staff.

Required Skills

• Excellent management, supervisory, and leadership skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative and garner trust.

Qualifications

• First Degree preferably in HR Management, Business Management, or Social Sciences.
• Minimum of 5 years' working experience in a similar capacity.
• Working knowledge of Payroll (Oasys) Software or others.
• Own a reliable motor vehicle.
