
Spa Sales Supervisor
Summary
As a Supervisor II, Entertainment, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating entertainment and recreational activities and operations within our facilities. Your role is crucial for the success and satisfaction of guests, ensuring that they have a memorable experience at our facilities.
Responsibilities
- • Oversee and manage entertainment and recreational activities at our facility, including coordinating schedules, setting event agendas, and ensuring all activities adhere to safety and quality standards.
- • Assist in the development and implementation of new entertainment programs, offerings, and special events designed to engage and delight guests.
- • Monitor facility performance, guest satisfaction, and feedback to continuously improve and enhance the guest experience.
- • Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute events, ensuring seamless integration of entertainment and recreational activities.
- • Provide ongoing leadership and support to your business support team, spending a portion of your time performing the work you supervise.
- • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of entertainment services and equipment.
- • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the financial success and viability of our entertainment programs.
- • Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
Education:
- • High School Degree or equivalent is preferred.
- • Combination of education and experience will be considered.
Certifications:
- • Certifications may be required or preferred.
Work Experience:
- • Functions as a working supervisor of a business support team
- • May spend a portion of time performing the work supervised
- • Responsible for the results of the team
- • Works within established precedents and practices
- • Analyzes information to solve on-going problems
- • Has 5 or more years of work experience
