Responsibilities

  • Effectively detail pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals through presentations, demonstrations, and one-on-one interactions.
  • Showcase the benefits and features of products, emphasizing their medical value.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
  • Provide personalized support and information to meet the needs of individual practitioners.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Set and achieve sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize product sales and market penetration.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on the proper use, dosage, and potential side effects of pharmaceutical products.
  • Address any questions or concerns raised by healthcare practitioners.
  • Plan and conduct CMEs for Doctors and Pharmacists
  • Gather feedback from healthcare professionals regarding product performance and market needs.
  • Communicate customer feedback to the marketing and other relevant teams.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications
