Jr Tech Recruiter
Summary
This vacancy is for those who love people! Here we carry out selection processes for IT professionals, who are our digital transformers. So, do you like a good challenge? If so, then you've found your place! Come with us! As a Junior Tech Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes (designing and raising profiles, attracting, screening, hunting , selecting, onboarding and relocating professionals). You will be the guardian of the candidate's positive experience with the Company and the Client. You will participate in employer branding initiatives and strategic management of our markets. You will provide onboarding for new employees. You will take care of the journey of hired professionals, providing a quality experience. You will feed the indicators to propose improvements and new business opportunities.

Desired Traits and Characteristics
- • Experience with indicator/project management tools (Trello, Kanban, Jira and others);
- • Previous experience using Greenhouse.
Qualifications
- • Previous experience as a Tech Recruiter;
- • Advanced English;
- • Experience with IT team selection;
- • Experience in the complete talent acquisition cycle (profile survey, hunting, attraction, screening, selection, onboarding...);
- • Experience with talent acquisition platforms (process management, candidate management and potential bank);
- • Academic training in progress.
