Corporate Sales Executive - Montego Bay
Summary
The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for the account management of a portfolio of large volume or multi-national Corporate Customers. The Corporate Sales Executive will act as the key interface between the customer and the Company, mitigating all service-related issues to ensure a best-in-class experience for our customers and developing sales strategies to increase revenue for the Company with a focus on increasing customer penetration. You will act as the face of the Company in all aspects of service, representing the brand of the Company as the leader in food service in Jamaica and the region.
Responsibilities
Corporate Accounts:
- • Ensuring customer purchase orders are received and order entry is completed within a schedule that allows for the timely communication of fulfillment status
- • Addressing and remedying of any fulfillment concerns
- • Actively communicating to customer remedies and alternative items for substitution
- • Sharing of information on new offerings, product changes or price changes to customer
- • Weekly margin review ensuring maximum profitability for the Company
- • Weekly fulfillment expectation review and liaising with Supply Chain
- • Regular face-to-face visitations to customer, weekly or bi-weekly when appropriate
- • Submitting monthly fulfillment report related to assigned accounts
- • Submitting monthly sales performance report
- • Bid cycle preparation, including preparation of bid worksheet and reviewing of bid quotes with Sales Manager or Director
- • Effectively utilizing the resources made available within the B2B and B2C platform

- • Reporting – planning and research.
General:
- • To implement any activity, process or strategy that will improve the competitive advantage of the Company, in consultation with the Sales Manager, Institutional Division and other members of the Senior Management Team.
- • Ensuring the maintenance of the good name and reputation of Caribbean Producers Jamaica Ltd. in general, through the demonstration and practice of the highest standards of ethical conduct.
- • To abide by the disciplinary code of the Company.
- • Any other duties as may be assigned.

- • Ability to work flexible hours as the needs of the service dictate, including out of normal hours as required.
- • Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with colleagues and customers.
- • An understanding of the principles of good customer service.
- • Ability to work within Corporate Policies.
- • Should possess good written and verbal communication skills.
- • Proficiency in Word and Excel
- • Self-motivated with the proven ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
- • Ability to meet deadlines and exercise good time management skills.
- • Presentation skills should include modern presentation methods.
- • Trustworthy, dependable, and reputable.
- • Well organized and methodical approach to work and the work environment.
- • Detail oriented with a creative flair.
- • Must own a reliable motor vehicle
Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Marketing and Sales
- • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the hospitality and entertainment industry
- • Previous experience in the supervising or managing a team of people
