This role focuses on monitoring delinquent accounts and implementing collection procedures while ensuring accurate data entry and account activity updates. Responsibilities include resolving billing inquiries from customers and managing communications to address discrepancies, all under close supervision and within established procedures.

• • Inputs information through data screens to reflect account activity.
• • Resolves account discrepancies and balances.
• • Responds to inquiries from customers.
• • Manages calls or letters with customers to resolve billing/invoice issues on delinquent accounts.
• • Performs other duties as assigned.
• • Complies with all policies and standards.
• • Typing Speed Requirement 20WPM
