Email Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• • Scrape, verify, and enrich email lists using tools like Clearbit and Apollo.io.
• • Develop, manage, and optimize email campaigns using SendGrid, Mailgun, and custom-built email servers.
• • Implement and manage email warm-up programs to ensure high deliverability and low bounce rates.
• • Design, execute, and refine drip campaigns that engage, convert, and nurture leads.
• • Perform data enrichment to enhance email lists and improve targeting precision.
• • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
• • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.

• Bonus:

  • • Experience with web development

Required Skills

• • Proven experience with Clearbit, Apollo.io, SendGrid, Mailgun, or similar platforms.
• • Expertise in building and maintaining custom email servers.
• • Strong knowledge of email marketing strategies, automation, and analytics.
• • Experience in scraping and enriching data for targeted campaigns.
• • Proficiency in managing drip campaigns and segmenting audiences.
• • Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Bonus:

  • • Experience managing paid ad campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google.

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • • Familiarity with advanced data enrichment techniques.
  • • Strong project management skills.
  • • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
