Sales Agent

Summary

The Sales Representative uses a consultative sales process to understand the needs and potential of every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability to guide them to the best possible solution, answer questions, and provide them with the services that best suit their needs. We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative who is highly motivated.

Responsibilities

Candidates must be able to respond to the needs of customers and provide products/services information to customers via Inbound & Outbound calls, Emails, and Live Chat in a friendly & timely manner. Evaluate problems and complaints of the callers and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

• • Use a customer-focused, consultative sales process to educate customers on what products/services will best fit their needs
• • Respond to phone calls and sales inquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
• • Maintain expert-level knowledge of the features and business applications of the company's product line
• • Performs other related duties as required

Qualifications

• • Must have at least 1 year of sales/reservations experience or the ability to communicate with a client base and a passion for sales
• • Must have phone etiquette
• • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• • Provide email, chat, and phone support simultaneously
• • Excellent communication in English (Written, Grammar, and Spoken)
• • Strong identification and solution-selling skills
• • Foster confident relationships through open and engaging communication
• • Go above and beyond to engage with customers
• • Must have been able to describe & remotely demonstrate products and match their advantages to customer needs
• • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
• • Must have flexible availability to work any day and any hour of the week/weekends/public holidays
