Summary

As a customer service associate in Jamaica, you will serve as a vital link between the customers and our clients, providing services and information and resolving any emerging issues with accuracy and efficiency. Your role will involve addressing inquiries, offering support, and ensuring customer satisfaction, all while upholding the highest service standards. You’ll play a key role in creating positive experiences and building lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly, ensuring professional and friendly interaction with customers.
  • Effectively upsell and cross-sell products and services, identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude always, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately to improve service delivery and address recurring concerns.

Required Skills

  • Planning & Organization; The ability to prioritize tasks, efficiently plan work activities, and manage time effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills; Maintains confidentiality, embraces diverse ideas, and shows a readiness to adapt and try new approaches.
  • Oral Communication; Communicates clearly and persuasively in various situations and demonstrates effective group presentation skills.
  • Written Communication; Strong attention to detail in editing work for grammar and spelling, with the ability to present numerical data clearly and interpret written information accurately.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    • Minimum of 5 CXC subjects, including Math and English.
  • Experience:

    • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role (experience in a call center is a plus).
  • Availability:

    • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
