Maintenance Manager

Summary

The Maintenance Manager will oversee and optimize maintenance processes, ensuring operational efficiency by managing budgets, enhancing equipment capabilities, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices. The role includes staff development, preventative maintenance, and ensuring the safety and functionality of all systems within the manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• • Prepare and maintain budget in keeping with operational guidelines
• • Maintain processes, utilities, facilities, and safety/security systems
• • Collaborate with all departments to improve equipment capabilities and achieve maximum output
• • Perform duties aimed at reducing line operating costs, increasing product quality and productivity
• • Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices, regulatory and company guidelines
• • Design, implement and coordinate preventative maintenance systems
• • Manage performance and inspire staff development

Qualifications
