Customer Strategy and Business Intelligence Officer
Summary
The Customer Strategy, and Business Intelligence Officer will be required to provide strong support in the areas of Strategy, Financials, Research, Product Development, Business Analytics and Intelligence, Communications and Presentations. The position will be responsible for assisting in developing and monitoring the execution of the strategies, implementation plans and initiatives as well as analysis to facilitate decision making and performance tracking and management.
Responsibilities
- • Build/Develop First Global Bank’s market knowledge with a focus on understanding available market potential and opportunity, market penetration and customer valuation models
- • Develop, prepare and monitor business plan and budget for key business units in the bank
- • Establish intuitive reporting methodologies, perform market analysis as required to support strategy and analyze performance
- • Provide sound Analytic support to business units across the bank
- • Through data analytics develop insightful internal as well as market and competitive analyses which can be used to guide the strategic directions of the Bank through the use of external and internal data.
- • Evaluate and monitor industry trends locally and internationally.
- • Proactively identify and assess new market opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to capture them.
- • Performs any other related duties which may be assigned from time to time.
Required Skills
- • Proficiency in the use of the computer and software applications for research, data gathering, statistical analysis, report preparation, and presentations
- • Demonstration of strong analytical skills (financial and statistical analysis)
- • Demonstration of strategic/ breakthrough thinking and problem-solving abilities
- • Knowledge of financial markets
- • Demonstration of strong communication, organizational and cross-functional leadership skills
Qualifications
- • First degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, and Economics, Finance or any other related field.
Minimum three (3) to five (5) years related experience in any of the following disciplines:
- • Strategy Management
- • Project Management
- • Financial Management
- • Accounting
- • Management Consulting
- • Corporate Planning
- • Business Analytics
