Process Analyst
Summary
This position is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves working closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and ensure successful implementation. The Process Analyst will also monitor and report on the performance of business processes to ensure continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- • Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- • Work closely with stakeholders to identify their needs and ensure that process improvements align with the agreed business objectives.
- • Develop and implement process improvement solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance and productivity.
- • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process performance to ensure that improvements are sustained and identify opportunities for further improvement.
- • Work with the respective departments to create detailed documentation of business processes.
- • Assist in managing change processes to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and minimize disruption to the business.
- • Act as ProMaster for the current Process Management System, ensuring relevant and timely updates are made to the system.
- • Assist with training employees in the new processes and the importance of maintaining and adhering to the new procedures
Required Skills
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- • Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart)
- • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a Team
- • Strong organizational and time management skills
- • Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred)
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite [EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint etc.]
Qualifications
- • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Studies, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process analysis, process improvement, or a related role.
