Summary

As an Administrative Assistant, Engineering, you are responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our team by performing a wide range of duties. These include drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining both paper and electronic files, and providing information to callers.

Responsibilities

  • • Manage and maintain schedules, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • • Draft and edit various forms of correspondence, including letters, memos, and emails.
  • • Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other materials.
  • • Answer incoming calls, promptly and courteously directing inquiries to the appropriate party.
  • • Monitor inventory of office supplies and coordinate ordering and replenishment as needed.
  • • Assist in planning and organizing company events and special projects.
  • • Perform data entry tasks and maintain electronic databases and applications.
  • • Act as a liaison between the company and external entities, such as vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
  • • Collaborate with team members on projects, providing administrative support as needed.
  • • Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    • • Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
    • • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Certifications:

    • • Certifications may be required or preferred
  • Work Experience:

    • • Performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression
    • • Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems
    • • Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others
