Administrative Assistant, Engineering
Summary
As an Administrative Assistant, Engineering, you are responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our team by performing a wide range of duties. These include drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining both paper and electronic files, and providing information to callers.
Responsibilities
- • Manage and maintain schedules, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- • Draft and edit various forms of correspondence, including letters, memos, and emails.
- • Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other materials.
- • Answer incoming calls, promptly and courteously directing inquiries to the appropriate party.
- • Monitor inventory of office supplies and coordinate ordering and replenishment as needed.
- • Assist in planning and organizing company events and special projects.
- • Perform data entry tasks and maintain electronic databases and applications.
- • Act as a liaison between the company and external entities, such as vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
- • Collaborate with team members on projects, providing administrative support as needed.
- • Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
Education:
- • Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

- • Performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression
