Customer Service Representative

Summary

The Hi-Pro Division of Jamaica Broilers Group Limited is seeking a meticulous and energetic individual to fill the above position. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the products and services available in the Store whilst enhancing the customers’ experience, to encourage repeat visits. The candidate will also assist with ensuring that the products are properly displayed throughout the Store.

Required Skills

• • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing;
• • Knowledge of merchandising techniques;
• • Excellent customer service skills;
• • Ability to work on own initiative;

Qualifications

• • A High School Diploma;
• • Basic knowledge of Inventory Management techniques;
• • A minimum of three (3) years experience in this field.
