Remote Paid Ads Analytics Specialist

Summary

We are seeking a tech savvy, motivated and detail-oriented Analytics Specialist. This role focuses on analytics and reporting across GA4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, as well as multiple client CRMs. You will ensure proper campaign conversion tracking and reporting. Salary: $2,500 USD/month Schedule: M-F 8-5, Lunch break 12-1

Responsibilities

• • Implement best practice conversion tracking.
• • Report conversion events across client accounts.
• • Provide campaign recommendations based on account and campaign goals established by account managers.
• • Prepare and deliver ongoing client reports, summarizing key performance metrics and insights.
• • Implement GA4 conversion tracking to measure and enhance website performance (this is a non-negotiable requirement).
• • Support in internal processes, ensuring smooth onboarding of clients and execution of assigned tasks.
• • Collaborate to provide ongoing support and reporting
• • Collaborate to develop and establish SOPs for new client onboarding, on-going campaign management and reporting.

Qualifications

• • Proficiency in Google Ads & Facebook Ads is required.
• • Ability to create and test conversion events in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and GA4.
• • Previous experience in a PPC or digital marketing role.
• • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • • Understanding of digital marketing funnels. Awareness, education phases, and remarketing is strongly preferred.
