Responsibilities

  • • Manage LinkedIn outreach via email, engaging with new connections as identified in correspondence.
  • • Post long-form articles on LinkedIn twice weekly and share on the company page.
  • • Engage with companies following the company page and follow designated companies.
  • • Update Airtable with LinkedIn connection data and SEO reports weekly.
  • • Complete requests from SEO company (Integrity Marketing) as required.
  • • Conduct research on various topics using Google Sheets and Airtable.
  • • Assist with event planning and follow up on details through Airtable.
  • • Format and schedule weekly newsletters and email sequences via Mailchimp.
  • • Set up accounts and contacts in Salesforce CRM system.
  • • Send assessment links and reports through designated portals.
  • • Format articles for company blog and post links to social media platforms.
  • • Upload videos to YouTube and perform additional tasks as the company grows.

Required Skills

  • • Strong working knowledge of Office Suite and Google Drive applications.
  • • Excellent computer skills and familiarity navigating social platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
  • • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational ability and deadline management.
  • • Perceptive and patient demeanour with strong interpersonal skills and willingness to assist others.
  • • Ability to demonstrate ownership, accountability, and teamwork.
  • • Results-focused mindset with commitment to excellence.
  • • Capacity to maintain confidentiality in all business matters.

Qualifications

  • • Associate/Bachelor's degree and/or 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous knowledge of the following applications is a plus:

    • • Salesforce
    • • Airtable
    • • LinkedIn Navigator
    • • Mailchimp
    • • Grammarly
    • • Social Bee
    • • Assessment portals
