Summary
As a Supervisor, Laundry, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of cleaning activities carried out by dedicated personnel in various establishments such as hotels, offices, and more. Lead a team of professionals while working independently within established protocols and best practices to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- • Directly supervise cleaning personnel and delegate tasks to ensure proper completion of cleaning activities.
- • Monitor and maintain a high standard of cleanliness across all assigned facilities.
- • Provide guidance, training, and support for cleaning staff to improve performance and professionalism.
- • Manage schedules, shifts, and logistics to optimize team performance and resource allocation.
- • Conduct regular inspections and evaluations of facilities to ensure that all areas are clean and sanitary.
- • Address and resolve customer complaints, feedback, or concerns related to housekeeping and cleaning services.
- • Maintain clear communication with staff and upper management regarding timelines, expectations, and challenges, and implement solutions to address any issues.
- • Ensure the team complies with established safety guidelines, procedures, and regulations.
- • Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of cleaning processes by identifying areas for improvement and implementing new techniques and protocols.
- • Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
