North Coast Customer Service Manager

Summary

CML is seeking a committed health care professional to join our North Coast (Ocho Rios based) operations. The selected individuals should be results-oriented, data-focused, and possess strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidates will help to create a strong team focused on Quality.

Required Skills

• • Excellent Communication skills - oral & written
• • Proficient in Microsoft Office
• • Experienced in Training/Teaching
• • Ability to work on own initiative

Qualifications

• • Graduate of an accredited tertiary institution with a Bachelor of Science or similar degree in a Health-care related field - Nursing, Medical Technology, Phlebotomy, etc.
• • Certification and experience in Marketing
• • Certification and experience in Customer Service Management
• • Minimum of 3 years working experience in a supervisory/management position
• • Experienced in general management of health care services
