Summary

They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals. In transaction services at PwC, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Your work will include conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and managing the transaction process. You are a reliable, contributing member of a team. In our fast-paced environment, you are expected to adapt, take ownership and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team.
