File Processing Support

Summary

In your support role for File Processing, you are responsible for managing and processing files related to debt collections alongside your team member(s). Your role will involve organizing, reviewing, and processing files, communicating completion and issue resolution to clients.

Required Skills

• Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies:

  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
  • • Experience with document management systems is a plus
  • • Ability to learn new technologies and willing to train

• Soft Skills and Cultural Fit:

Qualifications

• Required:

  • • Good computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • • Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Preferred:

  • • Experience in a file or document processing role
  • • Familiarity with document management systems or software
  • • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
