The Maintenance Technician (Electrical) will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and components within the plant to ensure reliable operations and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to minimize downtime.
• • Troubleshoot electrical faults and coordinate repair work to restore service as quickly as possible.
• • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to assist with repairs and maintenance.
• • Conduct inspections of electrical equipment and systems to evaluate condition and identify maintenance needs.
• • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs conducted, and parts inventory.
• • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies while performing maintenance tasks.
• • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical systems and equipment.
• • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to address any cross-disciplinary issues that may arise.
• • Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills related to electrical maintenance.
• • Respond to emergency maintenance calls and provide support outside of normal working hours when necessary.
• • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

• • Technical Degree or Certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• • At least 3 years of experience as an electrical maintenance technician in an industrial environment.
• • Solid understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety procedures.
• • Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment and circuits.
