We are recruiting a talented professional for the position of Claims Associate.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling assigned portfolio of claims and related matters ensuring the proper processing and settlement according to established guidelines.

Required Skills

• Sound analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel
• Ability to process and settle claims with minimum supervision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Customer Service Training
• At least three (3) years1 of claims experience
