Summary

Responsible for processing client’s requests received in the Service Hub. Support the designated sales and investment advisors in the delivery of exceptional customer service by ensuring that client requests and transactions are carried out in an efficient and courteous manner. Build on relationships with existing clients in keeping with the strategic direction of the company.

Responsibilities

  • • Act on instructions received from clients including requests submitted by Wealth Advisors (WA) for client transactions and monitor transactions through to proper completion.
  • • Initiate relevant documentation for opening accounts in accordance with the company’s guidelines, while ensuring full adherence to KYC onboarding requirements and compliance policies and procedures.
  • • Generate and print maturity reports daily and follow through with Wealth Advisors to ensure standing orders, coupon payments and withdrawal requests are processed in a timely manner.
  • • Monitor Settlement Accounts including Bond, Stockbrokerage and Sigma Funds to ensure that no client transactions are outstanding.
  • • Respond to customer enquiries and service requests in a timely manner.
  • • Performing relief service in other branch locations in the KMA region and all other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
  • • Perform other job-related duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or in a relevant discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.
  • • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar position.
  • • Sound understanding of financial sector instruments and the regulatory environment.
  • • Strong customer service skills.
  • • Effective communication & listening skills.
  • • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • • Ability to understand and deal with customers’ individual needs and requirements.
  • • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • • High level of enthusiasm.
