Summary

National Health Fund is seeking qualified individuals for the position of Pharmacist for the Individual Benefits And Research Department

Responsibilities

• • Identify, review, research and recommend prospective benefits for inclusion in the NHF Individual Benefits, in accordance with specific guidelines.
• • Implement approved benefits in a timely manner, and in accordance with the relevant procedures, requisite business rules and control methodologies.
• • Communicate benefit changes to management and software providers.
• • Ensure that the business rules and control methodologies applicable to the utilization of the NHF Individual Benefits are monitored for effectiveness and efficiency.
• • Conduct a periodic review of the NHF Individual Benefits Database to identify and recommend for removal, benefits which have become obsolete or are no longer applicable.

Qualifications

• • Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree
• • Management training
• • Extensive knowledge and experience in the pharmaceutical industry with at least four (4) years in a managerial position.
• • 10 years’ experience in the commercial pharmaceutical industry including four (4) years’ experience as a Medical Representative.
• • An equivalent combination of education and expe
