Summary

Jamaican Teas Limited is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in managing HR operations, including retirement, employee relations and performance appraisals. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that align with our Company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• • Manage the recruitment and selection process
• • Oversee employee performance management and career development programmes
• • Administer compensation and benefits programmes
• • Ensure compliance with Labour Laws and Regulations
• • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR matters
• • Conduct employee relations' activities and resolve conflicts

Required Skills

• • Strong knowledge of HR Laws and Regulations
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• • Ability to manage and lead a team
• • Experience with HR software and systems
• • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications

• • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• • 5+ years of experience in HR management
