Senior Claims Associate

Summary

Reporting to the Claims Manager, the incumbent is responsible for delivering exceptional service to stakeholders, assisting with the resolution of Own Damage and/or Third Parties claim settlements and ensuring that a complete and accurate evaluation is done of all matters. The incumbent will also assist with the authorizing of claims, ensuring process efficiency and enhancing service quality.

Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related field.
• • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in General Insurance.
• • Strong knowledge of Motor Claims Management, underwriting practices and principles.
