Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries and purchases.
  • Process sales transactions accurately through the cash register.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints effectively and professionally.
  • Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
  • Participate in the organization and stocking of merchandise on the sales floor.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
  • Support promotional initiatives and provide customers with information on current offers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer feedback and assist in maintaining a customer complaint log.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times.

  • Excellent numerical skills with attention to detail.
