Responsibilities
- • Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries and purchases.
- • Process sales transactions accurately through the cash register.
- • Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints effectively and professionally.
- • Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
- • Participate in the organization and stocking of merchandise on the sales floor.
- • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
- • Support promotional initiatives and provide customers with information on current offers.
- • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- • Document customer feedback and assist in maintaining a customer complaint log.
- • Adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times.
