Marketing Coordinator (1-year Contract)
Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the development of brand equity for all CB Foods brands, positioning each brand as the dominant market leader in its class. This position will be contracted for 1 year.
Responsibilities
Brand:
- • Participate in developing and executing annual commercial marketing brand plans.
- • Support with brand consistency across various marketing and sales channels.
- • Support with internal and external brand engagement activities to build brand awareness and loyalty.
- • Collaborate with product teams for effective product positioning and messaging.
- • Support with the creation of brand assets and kits to boost the Foods Division's success.
Digital:
- • Liaise with the Assistant Brand Manager to develop and execute monthly digital plans.
- • Lead weekly creative agency meetings with the support of the Assistant Brand Manager.
- • Coordinate all digital activations with agencies, brands, influencers, chefs, and other suppliers for successful executions.
- • Review and analyze all digital reports and provide recommendations for growth.
- • Track and report on brand content creation executions, including ambassadors, influencers, and blogger analytics.
- • Coordinate internal magazine and support with brand artwork for internal activities.
Trade and Experience:
- • Work closely with the Assistant Trade Marketing Manager to coordinate customer-focused activations.
- • Work closely with the departments within the Foods Division to support customer activations.
- • Track and report on customer marketing entitlements and brand requirements.
- • Coordinate consumer-focused events, sponsorships, and promotions.
- • Source and acquire brand collateral required for activations based on budget.
- • Work closely with execution agencies, vendors, and caterers for successful activations.
- • Book, coordinate, and track all media slots and retainers.
- • Support with pitches, draft activations briefs and create schedules to support activations.
Required Skills
- • Solid knowledge of Marketing and Digital Marketing Principles.
- • Strong analytical skills are required for planning and budgeting.
- • High exposure to the Retail and/or Wholesale business structure and sales practices.
- • Strong and effective communication skills with proficiency in Office 365 Platforms.
- • A keen eye for detail and creative direction.
- • Highly innovative and solution-oriented.
- • Business-minded and a strategic thinker.
- • People-centric and a strong collaborator.
Qualifications
- • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales or Business Management from an accredited institution.
- • At least two (2) years of experience in Brand, Trade Marketing, and/or Experiential Marketing with exposure to Event Coordination, Public Relations, Growth Strategies, Account Development, or Business Planning.
- • Must have a valid driver’s license with full access to a reliable vehicle.
- • Must have a valid food handlers permit.
