Property Officer

Summary

The successful candidate will report directly to the Property Manager and will assist in ensuring effective and efficient management and maintenance of the company's facilities, grounds and equipment. The Property Officer functions contribute to risk mitigation and the attainment of the organizations strategic goals.

Required Skills

• Experienced in facilities and kennel management and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to prepare scopes of work and estimates.
• Excellent project planning and time management skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills and communicate well, both written and verbal.
• Results-oriented with proven supervisory qualities.
• Ability to work on own initiative and consistently meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), etc.
• Own and operate a reliable motor vehicle and have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Diploma in either Facilities/Construction Management or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a similar capacity.
