Summary

Adlinc is seeking a well-rounded Administrator with Bookkeeping Experience to support one of our clients in the logistics industry. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can efficiently manage administrative tasks while handling bookkeeping responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties, including document management, email correspondence, and scheduling.
  • Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
  • Record and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and generate reports as needed.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Support office operations and other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative support and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar accounting software).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in handling travel coordination is a plus.
  • Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
