The Junior Warehouse Supervisor assists in overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, acting as a key support to the Warehouse Supervisor. This role is essential for ensuring the effective management of inventory, training staff, and maintaining operational efficiency while developing leadership skills in a dynamic logistics environment.

Responsibilities
- • Assist in the supervision of warehouse staff, including training and mentoring to foster a productive and safe work environment.
- • Help coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- • Monitor inventory levels, conduct inventory counts, and assist in reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices within the warehouse, addressing any safety concerns promptly.
- • Prepare and maintain documentation related to inventory and shipments, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- • Support the implementation of warehouse policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and workflow.
- • Assist in the maintenance and organization of the warehouse space, ensuring that products are stored properly and that the workspace is clean and orderly.
- • Act as a point of contact for team members regarding operational questions or concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
- • Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to report on performance metrics and suggest possible areas for improvement.
- • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude in supporting the team.
